Consequently, quality is a key success factor that is analysed continually within Proserve. For example, the reactions from our customer satisfaction surveys are used to improve processes and services. We also invest substantially in our staff. With an annual study budget to spend on the training and courses of their choice, our employees guarantee you expertise at the highest level.

ISO 9001:2008 certification
Proserve's operating processes comply with the highest standards and most stringent legislation that exist in relation to service provision. Continuous application of internal policy guarantees this level of quality.

VMware Enterprise Solution Provider
After extensive tests, exhaustive selection procedures and intensive training, Proserve is now a member of a select group of VMware Authorized Hosting Providers in the Netherlands. We are also a VMware Enterprise Service Provider. In conjunction with our network and server room, this makes Proserve an ideal partner for server environment virtualisation.

Dutch Hosting Provider Association

Proserve is a member of the Dutch Hosting Provider Association (DHPA) and therefore complies with the Association's Code of Conduct. This code of conduct governs how DHPA members collaborate (without limiting healthy competition) and how members must act vis-à-vis their customers in specific situations (in the event of bankruptcy, for example). These rules increase transparency in the market and improve or consolidate the rights of DHPA members' customers.
